The worst cases in military history

Military history knows many cases of cruelty, deceit and betrayal. Some cases are striking in their scale, others in their belief in absolute impunity, one thing is obvious: for some reason, some people who fall into harsh military conditions for some reason decide that the law is not written to them, and they have the right to dispose of other people's destinies, causing people to suffer . Below are some of the worst realities that took place in wartime.

1. Children's Nazi factories1

The photo below shows the ceremony of the baptism of a small child who was “bred” by Aryan selection.

During the ceremony, one of the SS holds a dagger over the baby, and the newly made mother gives the Nazis an oath of allegiance.2

It is important to note that this baby was one of tens of thousands of babies who participated in the "Lebensborn" project. However, not all the kids got life in this children's factory, some were kidnapped, and they were only raised there.3
Factory true Aryans

The Nazis believed that there were few Aryans with blond hair and blue eyes in the world, which is why the decision was made, by the way, by the same people who were responsible for the Holocaust, to launch the Lebensborn project, which was engaged in breeding purebred Aryans, who in the future should replenish the Nazi ranks.4

It was planned to settle the children in beautiful houses that were appropriated after the mass extermination of Jews.5

It all began with the fact that, after the occupation of Europe, among the SS-men, mixing with the natives was actively encouraged. The main thing that the number of the Nordic race grew.6

Pregnant unmarried girls, in the framework of the program "Lebensborn", were placed in houses with all the comforts, where they gave birth and raised their children. Thanks to such care during the war years it was possible to grow from 16,000 to 20,000 Nazis.7

But, as it turned out later, this number was not enough, so other measures were taken. The fascists began to forcibly take away from mothers of children who possessed the desired color of hair and eyes.

It is worth adding that many of the children assigned were orphans. Of course, the light color of the skin and the absence of parents is not an excuse for the activity of the Nazis, but, nevertheless, at that difficult time the children had something to eat and a roof over their heads.8

Some parents gave their children in order not to end up living in a gas chamber. Those who best fit under the given parameters were selected literally immediately, without further persuasion.9

In this case, no genetic examinations were carried out, the children were selected based only on visual information. Those selected were included in the program, or they were sent to some kind of German family. Those that didn’t come up would end up in concentration camps.

The Poles say that because of this program, the country lost about 200,000 children. But it is unlikely to ever be able to find out the exact figure, because many children have successfully mastered the German families.

Cruelty during war

2. Hungarian angels of death10

Do not think that only the Nazis committed atrocities during the war. The pedestal of perverted war nightmares was shared by ordinary Hungarian women.

It turns out that to commit crimes is not necessarily to serve in the army. These lovely guardians of the home front, having united their efforts, sent almost three hundred people to the light.11

It all started during the First World War.It was then that many women living in the village of Nagiryov, whose husbands went to the front, began to be interested with might and main to the allied armies located nearby.

Women liked this kind of intrigue, prisoners of war, apparently, too. But when their husbands began to return from the war, something abnormal began to happen. One by one, the soldiers died. Because of this, the village was called the "murder district".12

The killings began in 1911, it was then that a midwife named Fuzekas appeared in the village. She taught women who remained temporarily without husbands, to get rid of the consequences of contact with lovers.

After the soldiers began returning from the war, the midwife suggested that the wives cook sticky paper designed to kill flies to get arsenic and then add it to food.13

Arsenic

In this way, they were able to commit a huge number of murders, and women remained unpunished due to the fact that the village official was the midwife's brother, and in all the death certificates of the victims wrote "not killed."

The method received such a strong popularity that almost any, even the most insignificant problem, began to be solved with the help of arsenic soup. When the neighboring settlements finally understood what the matter was, fifty criminals managed to kill three hundred people, including disagreeable husbands, lovers, parents, children, relatives and neighbors.

Hunt for people

3. Parts of the human body as a trophy14

It is important to say that during the war many countries carried out propaganda among their soldiers, within the framework of which they were implanted in the brain, that the enemy was not a man.

Distinguished in this regard and the American soldiers, on the psyche of which is very actively influenced. Among them distributed the so-called "hunting license".15

One of them sounded like this: The season of hunting for the Japanese is open! There are no restrictions! Hunters are rewarded! Free ammunition and equipment! Join the ranks of the American Marine Corps!

Therefore, it is not surprising that the American soldiers, during the battle of Guadalcanal, killed the Japanese, cut off their ears and kept them as souvenirs.16

Moreover, necklaces were made from the teeth of the slain, their skulls were sent home as souvenirs, and their ears were often worn around the neck or on a belt.

In 1942, the problem became so widespread that the command was forced to issue a decreewhich forbade the appropriation of parts of the enemy's body as a trophy. But the measures were belated, because the soldiers had already fully mastered the technology of cleaning and dressing skulls.17

The soldiers loved to be photographed with them.18

This "fun" is firmly rooted. Even Roosevelt was forced to abandon the written knife, which was made from the foot bone of the Japanese. It seemed like the whole country was going crazy.

The light at the end of the tunnel appeared after the violent reaction of readers of the newspaper "Life", in whom published photographs (and there were a myriad of them) provoked anger and disgust. The same was the reaction of the Japanese.

The most cruel woman

4. Irma Greze - man (?) - hyena19

What is it that could happen in a concentration camp that can terrify even a person who has seen a lot?

Irma Grese was a Nazi warder who was sexually aroused while people were being tortured.20

According to external indicators, Irma was an ideal Aryan teenager, because she perfectly complied with the established standards of beauty, was strong physically and prepared ideologically.

Inside it was a man - a time bomb.21

This is Irma without her attributes. However, she almost always went with a whip covered with precious stones, with a pistol and several hungry dogs who were ready to carry out any of her orders.

This woman could shoot at any person according to her whim, gushing the captives and kicking them. From this she was very excited.22

Irma loved her job very much. She received an incredible physical pleasure, breaking through the chest of prisoners - women to the blood. The wounds were inflamed, as a rule, a surgical intervention was required, which was performed without anesthesia.

She was always present in the operating room, because during operations she experienced the strongest pleasure.23

She was only 22 years old when she was convicted and hanged.

Cannibalism in war

5. The case of the Japanese island24

During one of the battles of World War II over the Japanese island of Chichi-Jim (Chichi-jima) were shot down nine American pilots. One picked up the submarine "Finback", the rest were captured.

It is known that all the prisoners were executed with a samurai sword. By the standards of wartime this is not unusual. But what happened later does not fit into any framework.

It is said that after the execution, the soldiers and officers of the Japanese army decided to have a party. But in the midst of the evening ended appetizer. Then one of the officers gave the order to get some Kimo out of a fresh grave.

"Kimo" meant "liver." The order was executed, and the fried liver took its place on the festive table among other dishes.25

This was just the beginning. In order not to fall into the dirt in front of the army, the Japanese Navy officers began to execute their American prisoners and serve them to the table! And that is not all.

Some prisoners of war were executed after eating them. They cut off their limbs for profit and immediately ate them, because there were no refrigerators on the island in which meat could be stored.

It is worth saying something about a rescued pilot who was picked up by a submarine. It was George Bush Sr.
