- Spaghetti (can be replaced with simple pasta) - about 350 g;

- 200 grams of chicken minced meat;

Pasta with minced meat and tomatoes with cheese sauce
You will need:
- packing seasoning for meat dishes, or for minced meat, etc., of your choice;
- a can of canned tomatoes (usually 600-700 g);
- half a kilogram of ground beef;
- macaroni - gram 200;
- 2 cups of meat broth or water.
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- 200 g of cheddar cheese;
- a glass of milk.
Minced meat in a deep heated frying pan mixed with seasonings, add tomatoes, broth, mix everything and pour pasta there. After boiling, cook until pasta is ready.
Separately, prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Then add flour and whisk with whisk. Heat until light brown. Then add the milk, mix everything by hand. Wait for the thickening, stir. Add salt and pepper to your taste, and before turning off add the grated cheese and stir. He must "melt". This does not mean that the cheese should completely dissolve. Try it, the sauce should have a cheese flavor, and the cheese should be distributed in it evenly.
